I am very happy with my customized shyrdak!
I was presented the design in advance, and later on pictures of the shyrdak in the
making were also sent.
Communications with Begai went very smoothly. She is fluent in English, kind and responds very quickly and adequately to all my questions. Excellent service!
The shipment to Europe (through DHL) also went good and even the delivery date was a bit earlier than expected.
But first and foremost, the shyrdak is a real piece of craftsmanship and we are so happy to have it in our home. A big thanks again to Begai and the artisans of Kyrgyz Handmade for this truely lovely piece of work!
