Founder
Mansur Abylaev is the visionary founder behind Kyrgyz Handmade, driven by a mission to bring authentic Kyrgyz craftsmanship to a global audience. With roots in the Baibol Group, he pivoted during challenging times to build a platform that supports local artisans and promotes cultural heritage beyond borders.
Over time, Mansur has taken on leadership roles beyond Kyrgyz Handmade. He currently serves as CEO of Baibol Group, overseeing the export of Kyrgyz handicrafts and supporting local start-ups in international business development.
Mansur is also deeply connected to cultural entrepreneurship. He founded or directs multiple Kyrgyz brands, including handmade.kg, yurt.kyrgyz, and tashkordo.
