01. Submit your project brief
Send us your floor plans, visualizations, references, or a brief concept description.
We analyze the interior style, color palette, and scale of the space to propose the best solutions for size, shape, and pattern composition.
We carefully select ornaments that enhance the interior without overwhelming it. If needed, we adapt traditional patterns to fit modern geometry.

02. We create a 2D mockup and finalize the color palette with you
Based on your project brief, we develop a 2D visualization of the ornament, carefully considering the scale, proportions, and color scheme of your interior.
You see exactly how the final piece will look before production begins. We make any necessary adjustments and adapt the design until it's perfect.
The result: An approved mockup that eliminates risks and ensures there are no surprises.
03. We send samples and perform on-site consultations
Before delivery, we perform a rigorous quality check:
- Density & Symmetry Check: We ensure the structural integrity and visual balance of the piece.
- Dimensional Accuracy: We verify that the final measurements match your project specifications.
- Color Fastness Assessment: We evaluate the stability and durability of the dyes.
- Edge Hand-Finishing: We perform the final refinement of the edges for a flawless look.

04. Production with photo & video updates
Once the mockup is approved, we begin the handcrafting process. You will receive photo and video progress reports at every key stage:
- Felt Cutting: The precise hand-cutting of the traditional patterns.
- Pattern Assembly: The intricate mosaic-style joining of the felt elements.
- Stitching & Finishing: The final hand-quilting and meticulous edge treatment.

05. Delivery & project support
